KiwiSaver advice
A six-stage path from KiwiSaver goals through SOA and implementation — with skip logic when onboarding already captured discovery or risk profile.
6 stages
This is the same platform journey available under Your organisation’s templates in the adviser portal. Firms clone it, then tailor stages and document artefacts.
- Discuss & listen — Discovery focused on retirement, first home, or both. Skip the form when onboarding already captured goals.
- Data collection — Provider, fund, balance, and contribution rate — with a statement upload to verify holdings.
- Risk profile — Suitable fund type under FMA guidance; reuse a current risk profile from the last 12 months when available.
- Present fund options — Compare providers and funds; deliver a KiwiSaver SOA covering fund type, provider, contributions, and fees.
- Implementation — Submit transfer or fund switch; confirm contribution rate with the employer where needed.
- Review & support — Schedule the next KiwiSaver check-in aligned to service agreements or first-home withdrawal timing.
How it connects
Stages can link fact-find forms, vault documents, mail-merge SOA artefacts, tasks, and client portal share/accept/sign actions. Matters appear on the Advice Pipeline by template stage.
Adviser tip: Clone the platform template into your firm, then reshape stages, artefacts, and tasks so the Advice Pipeline matches how you already deliver advice.
